Free Waiting Time and Flight Tracking
We offer our clients free waiting time based on the pickup location or the service requested. For airport pickup, we provide 30 minutes of free waiting time for domestic flights. We track incoming flights and dispatch the chauffeur to the airport based on the actual arrival time. For international flights, we provide 60 minutes of free waiting time to allow time for luggage and customs clearance.
Delay Pickup Service
In some cases, if you need more time, we offer a delay pickup service to dispatch your vehicle later. For example, if you believe you will take longer than the average time, you can add a 30-minute delay pickup. In this case, we dispatch the chauffeur 30 minutes after arrival, plus the free waiting time, for a total of 60 minutes for domestic flights and 90 minutes for international flights. You can request this service by email or over the phone with our travel expert agent.
Airport Pickup Options
We offer two modes of pickup from the airport. The first option is a rush pickup, which is an express pickup from the curbside. In this case, you can text or call the chauffeur to pick you up from the curbside, and it is the fastest and cheapest option. The second option is to pick up from the arrival hall with a name sign. The chauffeur will act as a greeter and park the vehicle in the parking lot (if available). This service is called “Meet and Greet,” and there is a fee for the service plus parking fees.
Pet Friendly Service
We are a pet-friendly service, and we welcome your furry friend onboard. However, we require that you have all the pet requirements for the chauffeur’s safety and to protect the vehicle’s interior. We need to know the pet’s weight as we may suggest a bigger vehicle. We charge a small fee for this service to disinfect the vehicle after the drop-off to prevent any issues that may arise, as some clients have pet allergies.
Car Seats for Infants, Toddlers, and Children
At The Limousine Dot Company, we understand the importance of your child’s safety during travel. That’s why we offer car seats for infants, toddlers, and booster car seats for older children.
Our car seats are suitable for children up to 5 years old, and are available for a small fee. With our car seats, you can travel with your family knowing that your child is safe and secure.
When you book your transportation with us, simply let us know that you require a car seat for your child and we’ll take care of the rest. Our experienced chauffeurs will ensure that the car seat is properly installed and secured for your child’s safety.

-Tax, Gratuity, Service fees are not included in the rate shown above.
-Rides are tracked for accuracy via GPS to ensure that fees are only charged based on the actual ride.
-An authorization hold will be secured on the credit/debit card provided at the time of reservation.
-The prices shown on the form is not final, till one of our representative check it and final cost will be received by email.
-The credit card will not be charged till we receive the confirmation and authorization by the CC holder.

-If you choose inside pickup ( Meet & Greet) option, the final amount for the parking and wait time will be calculated by end of the trip and will charge to the card we have on file.
-The $4 voucher fee is none refundable $25 cancellation fees for a confirmation reservation
–Special occasions and/or the specialty vehicle cancelation fees will advised case per case and 24 hours is not applicable.
